HONGKONG
SHANGHAI
I'll be racing in China in April. I will be going with a composite team for Champion Systems. More to come but some of the places I'll be are Shanghai, Hong Kong and Chongming Island. I'll be competing in a 6 day UCI stage race. Any traveling tips from those of you that do this all of the time????? Someone mentioned compressions socks....?

Heather,
That is so awesome! Congrats! You will do awesome. Definitely get some good compression stockings. Order the hard-core-diabetes-strength ones from an online vendor. Ones you can buy at Walgreens stretch out too fast. I like the knee highs. The thigh highs get annoying on long flights. But either will help so much!
And thanks for adding my blog link:-)
I will be cheering for you this year at the races!

And bring some earplugs and a good eye mask in your carry-on bag. You may look silly, but you will sleep so much better on the plane! I do this all the time! I figure I will never see any of the people on the plane again, so who cares if I look weird with neon earplugs and a big puffy eye mask from Brookstone?
Brooke (again!)
Thanks Brooke! I'm on it!! And congratualions on your amazing success in your "new" sport.
